AeroMed

Aeromed was in the news this week about the combining of services with Munson North Flight from Traverse City. Here are some of my Aeromed scans and current pictures from years past. And proof that there was fixed wing service in the past.

This is the only picture I have of the Agusta 109A that they used for a couple years as a second helo.

Dauphin N801BA

Lear 35a that was operated by AMR COMBS GRR but used for patient transports under the Aeromed brand.

North Flight's Beechcraft King Air 200

Current Fleet of Sikorsky S76's.
N176BA and N764AM (B) and N176AM (C+)

Edit for Spring 2016 on North Flight Aeromed

Here is N764AM's new paint job. This bird will be Traverse City based along with the King Air 200

Probably the last pictures in the old paint scheme. New paint will match the S76 N764AM.

Diversions Part 2

Part 2 of the diversions into GRR. These are all digital images and are from 2005 to 2015. Once again a sampling of the best ones are included.

Possibly the last NWA DC10 diversion before their retirement in 2007. This is July 2005.
London-DTW

This was the first A330 diversion also in July 2005.

Singapore Cargo B747-400F. Anchorage-Chicago flight with the storm heading our way.

Rare early am diversion. This A330 landed 0600 if I recall.
 B757-300

Even carriers that normally don't fly into GRR will make a cameo once and a while.
Spirit A319.

Seeing the end of the AAL MD-80's as they are being phased out of the fleet. They have been coming here since the mid 1980's. Scan below is from the early 90's.
